Cherry Trees provides home from home specialist short breaks for children and young people aged 0-19 with a range of disabilities including learning, physical and sensory impairments. We believe that every child is an individual with the right to enjoy a normal pattern of life in the community

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

This year Ivar and Fiona and Una Bradley are all running the London Marathon in support of Cherry Trees. Most of you know our 2nd son ,Ben ,who has severe learning disabilities . We continue to care for him at home as we feel this is the best place for him but due to his high care needs and challenging  behaviour it would be hard for us to cope without the fantastic respite care offered by Cherry Trees. As the other children get older they are all able to take a bigger role in Ben's care but we all benefit from the breaks offered by Cherry Trees where we know he is happy and safe . The money raised will go towards supporting children who have difficulty in accessing Cherry Trees due to lack of funding. Many many thanks for your support .

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cherry Trees gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
