Story

Inspired by my motivating friend (Anoushka Bold) who is swimming a mile a day for a YEAR (yes, 365 days!!!!!), I will join her in her amazing challenge to support her AND also the great fundraising she is doing for Cancer Research by swimming a mile a day for 100 days from AFRICA.
For you to know, I started swimming only 1 month, then I got the energy to keep on swimming a second one! And now thanks to amazing support and encouragement from friends, I am going to try to reach 100 days = 100 miles = 160 km!!!!!
This is my first challenge! I love swimming since I was a kid! And I can do it :) But everyone does not have the chance to jump in the pool and enjoy some nice and relaxing lengths due to X reasons.
It is not going to be an easy task to accomplish here in Rwanda... where the pools are not always super clean (already been a victim of a rash...); where the fact of moving during the WEs trying to visit the country and not finding any swimming pool is neither easy...BUT I want to reach this objective and I will do it as it is for an important cause! And I know that if YOU are helping me while supporting me or sponsoring me, we will then reach it together :)
Cancer has been always around me: family, friends, close friends... and nowadays is around all of us...I really hope that YOU will support me raising funds for the Institute of Cancer Research so we can ALL cooperate to fight this disease.Every tiny bit of sponsorship will be helping people! People around YOU and around ALL OF US :)
