As some of you may know i recently qualified as a Community First Responder (CFR) and Whitehaven is my local team. I applied in March 2020 just as the pandemic hit and have waited to do my training.

I have recently discovered that all kit/equipement/uniforms is all bought/maintained through funding raised by the team and so i thought i would do my bit and run this years GNR for them to keep with the costs of kit etc.

So please send a little help and well wishes to me for my run. If anyone would like to do some training runs with me that would be awesome too.
