I am running in The British 10K Run on 10th July to raise money for Redwings Horse Sancuary. As those who know me will be aware this is the first time I have braved a run since recovering from ME so it is special to me for more than one reason!

Redwings have helped me no end with my own rescued ponies and have enabled me to save them from being put to sleep. The work that they do is not only of benefit to abandoned, sick and ill-treated animals but they offer advice and support to horse owners around the country.

Please give as much as you can, no matter how little this may be. Truly every penny counts!!

Also if you get the chance take time to make a visit to Redwings Centre in Hapton, Norfolk, NR15 1SP.
