Tom sadly and suddenly passed away, leaving his family in complete shock. When he passed away his parents established a Memorial Foundation in remembrance of Tom with the objective of providing assistance to the communities that produce coffee like
improving education of children of farmers and workers who are living and working in coffee growing communities and providing essential agricultural support for small-holder coffee producing communities in the Eastern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.

I am not a runner and i am not a regular fundraiser, however the tragedy of Tom's death and the positive outcome for many others who will never meet him inspired me to get involved.
