Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

This year I’m taking on the London to Brighton Bike Ride in support of the British Heart Foundation, a challenge that means a great deal to me personally.

I am riding in memory of my mum, who I sadly lost to a heart attack. Losing someone you love so suddenly leaves a lasting impact, and taking part in this ride is my way of honouring her memory while helping to support the incredible work of the BHF.

Heart and circulatory diseases still affect millions of people and families across the UK. Thanks to research funded by the British Heart Foundation, survival rates have improved dramatically over the years, but there is still so much more to be done.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps fund lifesaving research, new treatments, and hope for families facing heart disease in the future. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early-career scientist, but every pound really does make a difference.

If you’re able to support me, I would be incredibly grateful. Thank you for helping me remember my mum and support a cause that is so close to my heart.

Thank you for your generosity and encouragement.<p>
