Sunrise on September 19th is 7.05am. 

Sunset is at 7.16pm.

In that time, I'm going to try and run 26 miles from Achnasheen to Urray, then cycle 90 miles from Urray to Nairn. These places are in the Highlands of Scotland, so expect mountains and mud and probably rain. And to make things interesting, I want to get it all done before the sun goes down at 7.16pm!
