People often think that changing lives requires a big effort, but small changes can have a huge impact.
That's why, this January, I'm kickstarting my new year and starting it as I mean to go on by building new, daily healthy habits while raising money to support disabled people.
This is so important because disabled people are often excluded from opportunities, more likely to experience barriers to social inclusion, employment, and access to the things a lot of us take for granted. This is my opportunity to make a difference to their lives.
By focussing on small everyday changes that I can make (for my body, diet and mind) I am building my best life and supporting disabled people to live their best lives too.
