We support young people at risk of suicide to stay safe and find hope in times of need

Story

I am doing this event as I am a survivor of suicide my self so I want to help people before they ever even get to that point and stop people before they attempt suicide. I went through the worst year of my life year and attempted suicide on multiple occasions and because i felt like I couldnt speak up so I suffered in silence, i thought the only way out was to take my own life so I really want to help raise awnesses that it's ok to speak up and tell people your not ok. I am living proof that there is help out there because I am now so happy in my life. #dontsufferinsilence
