Once again I'll be going swimming on Boxing Day - and once again 50% of everything I raise will go to Cancer Research UK, supporting their vital research into cancer, which I and so many others have benefited from. 

The Lions Club of Paignton organise the event, so the other 50% of whatever I raise goes to the excellent local causes they support; these range from children's hospices through dogs for the disabled, and air ambulances to  international disaster funds.  

I guarantee total immersion and swimming, no matter how cold it is, and no wet suit!
