As most of you will know I took the plunge and decided to do an Ironman distance triathlon. If you don't know, that involves

swimming 2.4miles, cycling 112 miles then running 26 miles

all within the space of 17 hours !! - what was I thinking !!

After training hard for the last 8 months I was hoping to raise some money to help push me onto the start line ( 6am sunday 7th July )

 FiND is a local charity based in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire supporting young people with profound/ severe learning disabilities and play an important role in our families life.
