Welcome to Staines Boat Club. At the moment we are in desperate need of a new Boathouse to support the growing demand for membership & to develop as a centre for adaptive rowing. Please give generously, knowing the funds are going towards a very worthy community project. Many thanks in advance!

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Next Friday Staines Rowing Cub of which myself and all my children are members is aiming to break the 24 hour indoor rowing world record and myself, Charlie and George (number 2 and 7 in the picture) are some of the poor souls who have volunteered to keep the rowing machine running for those 24 hours.  The aim of this event is to help raise money towards replacing our boat house which is a 70 year old temporary prefab that has seen better days and is about to fall down.  If you could see you way to sponsoring me and the team via the link attached that would be great.  If not I'll still send you a photo of the glorious event  - should make you laugh at the very least.  Thanks.  Andrew
