Training section no2 for this week is about to start.looking forward to the gym tomorrow and then getting out on the road Sunday. Fingers crossed its dry this time

Just been out for another training section, I'm afraid the rain and wind beat me and after an hour I was heading home to dry off and warm up

Only the second time out on the road this year. Even the wind and -3 couldn't slow me up. Next weekend, 40 miles and 1500ft. Then I'm only about 60% away from the jokers climbing and mileage.

On 7th April 2013 ill be cycling the Joker Sportive to raise money for Prospect Hospice. The Prospect provide an invaluable service, offering much needed support to patients, their families and friends at a time filled with uncertainty. All money raised will be donated in memory of Iain Robertson who sadly lost his battle with cancer in 2012. Iain is sadly missed but fondly remembered and I’m hoping to do him proud.
