Did you ever hear the joke about an Irishman, a South African and two Kiwis.....well this is no joke. Ger, Anton, Mark and Andrew are going to climb Kilimanjaro . Kilimanjaro rises 19,340 feet above sea level, is the tallest mountain in Africa and the world’s highest free-standing mountain. During our journey we will pass through 5 major eco-zones: rainforest, heath, moorland, alpine desert and glaciers.
As part of our trip we hope to fundraise for an African charity; we have selected the Fistula Charity which supports the Addis Ababa Fistula Hospital in Ethiopia. See link below to the charity website.
