The Berwick & District Cancer Support Group was founded in 1992 and our main service is to provide free transport to any cancer sufferer to all major hospitals in our area. The group is entirely made up of volunteers and we rely on the help and support of everyone in the community. Get in touch with us to find out more and help us by supporting the many events and activities that the community hold in aid of our charity. Our main service is to provide free transport to any cancer sufferer to all major hospitals in our area e.g. Wansbeck, Newcastle, Borders General and Edinburgh for any cancer related appointment. When possible a friend or relative may travel alongside for support but please check a seat is available when making travel arrangements.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I met with some volunteers of Berwick Cancer cars during an event. We got chatting and I was blown away by the services they provide.

I wanted to contribute to their cause and decided to walk Hadrians wall in 4 days carrying all my camping gear, Run the Great North Run and finally in October run the Kielder marathon.
