I am running the Great North Run to raise funds to help craigend resource centre. The Centre is located in the east end of Greenock, an area which has been the most deprived area for many years.

The centre receives a nominal amount of funding from Inverclyde Council that has not risen in many years. Craigend was lucky to secure National Lottery Funding to replace the original building and moved into their new building December 2021.

Costs for this centre have dramatically risen beyond expectations and this is why I would like to do my part in helping keep the centre running and providing affordable meals for everyone.
