Story
I am almost three hours into my latest training run. My thighs are starting to burn, my hamstrings are yelling at me, my back aches and I have felt nauseous for the last hour. I am desperately in need of some inspiration.
I think of Craig, my 5 year old nephew with cerebral palsy. I think of Craig because he is my inspiration...my hero...my reason to run.
Craig, and others like him, would swap places with me in an instant. Craig would give anything to be able to be out on my run. And so it is easy to keep on running secure in the knowledge that by doing this I am doing my bit to make the life of Craig and his chums that little bit better.
Please help me to raise funds for Craig's special needs school, Carronhill. All money donated will go towards making their lives better and every penny helps. I attach a link to the school website for those interested in finding out more:

Last year many of you helped to secure a school bus, this year all money will keep it on the road. Without your support the bus will not keep on running (no pun intended).
Thanks for taking the time to read this far and thank you so much for any support you can provide. I am extremely grateful and think you are all absolute stars.
