I have been living and working in Tottenham for the last 10years. In that time I have been involved with youth work, community work, work with the elderly and schools with London City Mission. Over the last 5 years I have been working in and journeying with the community in Tottenham Hale on Hale Village and Ferry Lane estates from a temporary centre made up of two flats called the Engine Room. Helping to start a variety of community activities including a Church in partnership with the Church of England. We have run projects such as a pop up cafe with art activities and outside games to music projects or holiday programs and tots groups and lots more. We are soon to be moving to a purpose built community centre and church on the estate.
