Please help me raise money for the British Heart Foundation who have helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease but sadly hundreds of people lose their lives daily. To help BHF on 26th July I'm racing (ish!) a Homemade Half Ironman (that's 1.9km swim, 92km Bike and 21km run) with a large dose of help from some able friends and one wonderful son!
