Team Centrepoint are joining more than 20,000 cyclists taking on the London 2012 Olympic route, which includes the unique experience of riding on closed roads through the capital.

Story

After taking part in the Ride 100 last year with the Magnificent 7, I wanted to be apart of the great event again this year and raise money for a great cause. I will be looking to complete the ride 100 mile race in close to 4 and quarter hours.

I have chosen to raise money for a fantastic charity, Centrepoint. Centrepoint do some fantastic work with homeless people across the UK aged between 16 -25.

"Centrepoint is the UK's leading charity for homeless young people - but what does that actually mean? It means that, together with our partners, we support 9,200 young people every year. We help 16-25 year olds into a safe place to live, give them a health assessment and plan support for their individual mental and physical health needs. We start them on a path to more independence and a job."

Any donation will be greatly received.
