Hi, my name is Andrew. Over the last few years I struggled with bout's of depression. While I was going through some difficult times I sought counseling from a mental health charity called Cogwheel. Cogwheel really helped me and I don't know what I would have done without their assistance. The last few years have been difficult for everyone and sometimes it doesn't feel like it's getting any easier. Mental health matters just as much as physical health and charities like Cogwheel keep us going.

I've had a ridiculous idea that I will cycle from John O Groats to Lands End. I will be covering a distance of 1000 miles, starting on July 2nd and aiming to complete in 14 days. I will be raising money for the Cogwheel charity so they can continue to help people like they helped me.

So, if you can spare a little extra so I can raise the money to help others and prove to myself and you that it is possible to overcome difficulties and achieve a dream.
