September 6th 2012 at 10.40 I had a phone call to say my father had died suddenly from a massive heart attack. My world crumbled as did my families. Shock, pain and grief hitting you every way it knows how.You think your parents will always be around but reality is harsh and unfair. Father was a big character in our family so it's left avoid that cant be filled. I plan to do London to Brighton cycle ride on june 16th to raise money for bhf, which also happens to be fathers day my first since he passed away. Hope that by doing this bit of fundraising it might help a family from going  through this pain, also that my father would be proud of me for pushing myself to do this.
