Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. This year I'm doing the London Marathon in April, Outlaw Half Ironman in May and Ironman Copenhagen in August. More than 414,000 people applied for one of the 50,000 slots in the 2019 London Marathon and I was one of the 12% that were lucky enough to secure a place. The fact that the slot was secured through a charity so close to my heart makes me so proud.

This year I'm raising money for SHINE, which provides specialist support from before birth and throughout the life of anyone living with spina bifida and/or hydrocephalus, as well as to parents, families, carers and professional care staff. SHINE enables people to get the best out of life And every donation has the potential for profound impact.

As a child I had more than 20 surgeries as a result of being born with Spina Bifida and I am still overwhelmed when I think of the outstanding care I received from the doctors, nurses and physios, whilst in hospital and also the support my family and I received from SHINE.

I WOULDN'T BE WHERE I AM TODAY WITHOUT THE SUPPORT I RECEIVED FROM SHINE.
