Andy & Noel's One Day 72-hole golf challenge · 8 June 2021

St Rocco’s Hospice provides specialist care and support across Warrington, helping those who are coping with a life-limiting illness. It costs around £4.5 million each year to run the hospice – which means we need to raise £12,000 each and every day just to keep running.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The one day 72-hole golf challenge took place on 8th June 2021, in an effort to raise money for St Rocco's Hospice in Warrington, at the fantastic Marriott Worsley Park PGA Championship golf course.

Starting at 5am and ending at 10pm, we played 4 rounds of golf, back to back.  No buggies, 17 hours of golf, over 20 miles walked, hundreds of shots and practice swings!  It was a hot day, and as anticipated it wasn’t  a walk in the park, it was a serious physical challenge!

Our friends at the Marriott Worsley Park Hotel & Country Club generously provided us with day long access to the course, and helped us with arrangements and publicity.

It would mean a great deal to us if you could sponsor us, as much or as little as you wish. Every donation is much appreciated.

Our efforts are part of Barratt David Wilson Homes North West's charity raising endeavours for 2021, which include the Around The World Challenge, where we are trying to cumulatively cycle, run, walk, swim and row the equivalent distance of around the world!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
