On June 18th 2023 I'll be cycling from London to Brighton for Sands, the still birth and neonatal charity. 

They support couples in their darkest of hours, offering support for both pregnancy and baby loss, no matter what stage, or how much time has passed.

Their cause is close to my heart because in 2020, sadly, my wife Kimberley and I experienced three miscarriages. I am now lucky enough to be a father, which brings such a joy and I couldn't be more proud. But this fathers day I'll doing this for the three that didn't make it, for Kimberley and for my son. All money raised will go towards all the good work Sands do.
