Story

I'm walking to raise funds for Teen Challenge during September National Recovery Month. Funds raised through the Walk for Recovery will support the mission of Teen Challenge of Southern California to bring hope and healing to men and women caught in addiction. For me personally this ministry has saved my life. I am a former meth and heroin addict. I was completely broken, I was completely without hope, I was on the fast track to an early demise. I had burned my last bridge and this program came to the rescue. I have been a part of it since February of last year and since then my life has changed beyond my wildest imagination. I am reunited with my family,  I have an active relationship with the Lord, and above all else, I have the opportunity to be a sober father to my 3 year old son. Formerly I was just another junkie on the street. Now I am Andrew  rulofson, a loved child of God. God bless all of you
