In the last few years I've lost my aunt, my brother's father in law and one of my best friend's dad to cancer. One of my best friends has recently fought this illness and won and I can remember others from my childhood who bravely fought this merciless illness too. Some won their battle and some lost but all have inspired me to push myself to my limits by climbing back into the ring in their honour.
