Andrew Stafford is raising money for Blue Cross

The All-Star game is an Ice Hockey game which 8 different charity teams take part in a 2 day event held at Ice Sheffield on the 26th & 27th July and anyone can come down and cheer us on with a small donation which is very much appreciated and is a good decision as you will get to laugh at me when I fall over, which you will see quite a lot of!. This event is aimed at all Ice Hockey enthusiasts all around the UK and the game is another fundraising opportunity and good fun for the fundraisers with the eventual winners claiming the All-Stars trophy at the end of the weekend. Last years winners were team Breast Cancer Care.
This is my first year taking part in the UK Forums All-Stars and I am proud to be fundraising for Blue Cross. They work hard and do everything they can to help animals but caring for them is very difficult and the level of care is nothing like what us humans get. Almost every household around the world has a pet of some species and their owners can be loving, attentive and protective to their pets. However, some owners are the complete opposite and this is where Blue Cross step in to help them to provide the care that they desperately need before they find a suitable candidate to re-home them. Their work often goes unnoticed by some which makes me even prouder to represent this fantastic charity.
