Despite the fact that I'm better at watching than doing these days I've decided to cycle the 340 miles from London to Paris in aid of Kids Inspire. Kids Inspire helps young people who are at an educational, social and/or economic disadvantage resulting from trauma or emerging mental health issues. They have often experienced sexual or domestic abuse, seperation anxiety and significant loss. These kids need all the help we can offer, and a few days of pain for me seems a small price to pay for a great cause. Please give what you can.
