On 23rd September we'll be cycling from London to Brighton off-road in aid of the British Heart Foundation. It's about 75 miles in total (plus another 20 or so getting to and from the start and finish) so about 6 hours depending on weather and conditions. It's going to be a hard ride. 

Every 7 minutes someone in the UK will have a heart attack and every 12 minutes someone in the UK will have a stroke. I'm sure you know of family or friends who have been touched by heart disease. 

If you can't join this ride or haven't supported a charity this year, please support this event and donate. Any donation small or large will be very much appreciated and will help to continue to fund research into heart disease.
