I'm taking part in the Skipton Santa fun run on Sunday November 30th in memory of a good friend of mine Jason Kendall who passed away recently.
A group of his friends and family ,my Daughter Beth and Son Daniel and Myself have decided to raise money for Manorlands, the fantastic place where Jason spent the last few weeks of his life.
I'm sure most people will be aware of Manorlands and the tremendous work they do to make people comfortable in their final hours.
They also offer support to family and friends through counselling, which my wife Caroline does on a voluntary basis.
so my friends dig deep and donate to a worthy cause , any amount large or small can make a huge difference to so many others
