Story

Dear Friends/Colleagues

After a momentous year for the NHS I’ve decided to raise funds to give a little back to our amazing staff at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals.

During the COVID pandemic the dedication shown by our medical, nursing, allied health professionals and support staff at arguably their most challenging time will never be forgotten.

Sheffield Hospitals Charity is currently running a number of appeals including; dementia, myeloma, multiple sclerosis and kidney research, spinal cord injuries, improvements to the Jessop Wing and a new wellbeing garden at the Northern General Hospital.

On Saturday 11th September I will be climbing Yorkshire’s Three Peaks, joining a team of fundraisers to raise money for Sheffield Hospitals Charity.

The walk is 24 miles (38.6km) and includes 1,585m (5,200ft) of ascent. I’ll be taking on the peaks of Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, aiming to scale all three in under 12 hours.

If you would like to sponsor me that would be fantastic.  Thank you so much for your generosity and support.

Andy
