In early May this year I lost my youngest brother, Nigel, to cancer. He was diagnosed five and a half years earlier. Those years were a rollercoaster of physical and mental health for him. He went through several life changing operations. At one time less than 2 years ago, he was given the 'all clear' from cancer.
