Post the lockdown periods, the Young Minds Trust’s key area of expertise and work is more critical than ever.  Your generous donation, we know, will be put to great effect.

I have completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks twice before ....... but that was 10 years ago.....and the 5th June 2021 will be a real personal challenge.  As a Salter of many years I know the team spirit will carry us along and there will be much banter and new relationships formed - both are important for everyone’s mental health.
