Story

Hi I'm Andrew Dunne, and you may remember me from social occasions, professional relationships, or generally serendipitous interactions.

In a few weeks I'll be pumping up the tyres, packing a pannier bag, and donning lycra (ooh matron!) before setting out from sunny South East London and cycling all the way to Brighton on my bicycle. "Why?" you may ask? "Why the hell not" I'd reply triumphantly; but more importantly the BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from issues with their ticker.

Given my previous butter, booze, and general flavour based abuse of my own I'm counting on their important research to mitigate any of its ill effects down the line whilst doing my best to get fitter in the meantime.

I'd be immensely grateful if you could chuck any proverbial spare change this page's way and I will use it as motivation when I'm questioning my very existence trying to pedal my way up Ditchling Beacon and avoid doing a big sick on myself.

Coys,

Andrew
