<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my LSE Community Festival JustGiving page.</p> <p>I am not much of a runner/walker but there are two reasons why I am participating in this and asking your support.</p> <p>First, after an attack of labyrnthitis I have been suffering vestibular neuritis for five months and not being able to balance properly or walk much is driving me nuts: I am determined to get through it on Sunday for a few laps of Lincolns Inn Fields: I am the one who is walking while others run.</p> <p>Secondly, students have organised this to generate additional funding&nbsp;support for the LSE African initiative and disadvantaged students.&nbsp;I have had the luxury of sick pay, great colleagues and the NHS for support through my little difficulty. Doing a little bit for others without such advantage is a small gesture for a great cause.</p> <p>So donate whatever you can. Thanks</p>
