Well I've not done any madcap runs for a while so I thought if I were going to start again I would start off with a gentle 10k. Nice and flat, good driving conditions... oh you mean I have to run it? Very well.

I am raising money for AgeUK. As you know I have done loads of Great North Runs and 10ks in my time and pride myself that whilst I never achieve a good time I do raise a lot of money for charadee. This time I want to do both. So I will focus on the good time. You need to focus on raising the cash good people! I don't expect a fortune from anyone little amounts build up nicely so if you can all give a little we can collectively achieve a lot!
