This Autumn, I will be taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon and raising funds for a vital cause.

My wife, Carmen, works for the charity, and we both support and volunteer at events throughout the year. I have seen firsthand the joy that Demelza's care brings to these children and I urge you to give whatever you can to help them to continue this amazing work.
