I MUST BE MAD....
thats right I've just signed up to do another running event, this time for The National Autistic Society.
The National Autistic Society exists to champion the rights and interests of over half a million people with autism and to ensure that they and their families receive quality services appropriate to their needs.
As you all should be aware Stephen has autism & we are now in the process of having Derek Tested as well
Autism is a lifelong developmental disability that affects how a person communicates with, and relates to, other people. It also affects how they make sense of the world around them.
Charities like The National Autistic Society, fight for the rights of people with Autism and support them and there families, families like mine
£50 means ten people can use the Autism helpline, a service giving vital support to people with autism and their families
£100 pays for a full diagnosis of a child
£500 buys gardening equipment for up to 50 adults at an adult center
£1000 replaces play equipment for over 50 children at one of their schools
