Rebecca and I have both lived through someone very close to us being consumed by addiction and not being able to find their way through.

The services that addaction provide help support individuals and families in dealing with impact of addiction.

The challenge I will be completeing is to cycle from Reading to the Vodafone Campus in Newbury and back in a day (approx 25 miles each way). To those experienced cyclists this may not sound to much, but I brought my first bike in about 10 years last at the end of June and I think there is a fair amount of training for me to do to complete!!

I will completing the ride on 28th August in between doing a days work!!
