This July I will be putting my fitness to the test and cycling 500KM in 4 days with an aim to raise vital funds for Action Medical Research!

It's a great cause and this is my way to support this worthwhile charity. Whatever you can spare, will help make a difference.

Action Medical Research are the leading UK charity dedicated to funding vital research to help sick and disabled babies, children and young people. Action have been funding medical breakthroughs for 70 years now and have helped to beat polio, fight meningitis, prevent stillbirths and develop ultrasound scanning in pregnancy. They are now driving forward childrens research, including in the fight against COVID-19 and rare diseases.Raptör, the multi-day ride for the Insurance Industry, is back for a fourth year that will see riders cycling 310 miles from London -  Amsterdam -  Brussels to raise for this incredible charity.By donating, you are helping to find ways to reduce premature birth, to support children facing a lifetime of challenges caused by disabilities, and to develop cutting-edge therapies for rare and incurable diseases.
