I am undertaking a charity bike ride from Romo Headquarters in Sutton in Ashfield to Skegness, with all proceeds going to the Samaritans, a charity that is close to many of our hearts.

Samaritans is a registered charity aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide throughout Great Britain and Ireland.  Every year Samaritans volunteers spend over one million hours answering calls for help via their unique 24 hour listening service, email, letter or face to face.

The best of luck to those joining in the bike ride and huge thanks to all that have provided practical support to the event and donations to such a worthwhile cause.
