Hi ..... welcome to a lunatic challenge I've set myself!

The challenge is to swim the equivalent of the English Channel - 22 miles (1416 lengths in a 25m pool) over a 12 week period.

Just to add to the pressure I'm swimming against the clock and, by guessing my overall time (or nearest to), you can win a bottle of bubbly courtesy of me.   Just add your guess (hours:minutes:seconds) in the Comments field when leaving a donation.  I will update this section with my progess but obviously won't be giving any clues to my current times!!

Missed the last four weeks due to illness but back on shedule to complete by the 31st Dec. Only 256 lengths (4 miles!) to go...
