What is SMA? Spinal Muscular Atrophy is a genetic condition that makes the muscles weaker and causes problems with movement. It's a serious condition that gets worse over time, but there are treatments to help manage the symptoms. Your kind donation will mean that SMA UK can continue providing information and support to anyone who needs it, particularly families with young children affected by the condition. You will also be helping SMA UK to continue delivering its Community Connections programme to provide online support and reduce isolation
