Motivation is a global disability and development charity. Our wheelchairs, training and services provide opportunities that transform the lives of disabled people in developing countries.

Story

Why? you ask!

For the last 2 years I have participated in The Birmingham half marathon, plus developing a new wheelchair basketball club in Birmingham, to continue raising awareness of disability and diversity and disability/inclusion sport, which not only inspires me but continually provides support and engagement to others to motivate not only themselves but others too.

I have also started supporting Motivation Charitable trust to send equipment, especially wheelchairs around the UK and the world to support the ever growing need which is essential to help people with a disability and get their lives back on track and inspire their confidence and independence to rebuild their lives, There are over 700 million people with some sort of disability or condition, and everyone needs support or a helping hand to get their life back on track, plus building such a positive aura in the world can only support this Earth and build that community cohesion.

Without this support and without promoting this awareness , how are we ever going to inspire people to not only to develop and succeed and move obstacles put in their way, but also change their idea of what disability and diversity is, yes we are are different , if we were all the same it would be boring.

We should all celebrate the idea that being different is amazing and hearing somebody's struggle to overcome these barriers , obstacles as not just an amazing story but an achievement of dedication and human spirit to succeed regardless of disability or issue.

Please support my cause and donate, perhaps even come along and cheer us on at one of our events.

Cheers Andy Craddock City of Birmingham Rockets wheelchair basketball
