I have chosen to support the Stroke Association as it affects not only the victim, but their families too.  My Granddad suffered numerous strokes after retiring from work early, and each and every stroke affected his and my Nan’s quality of life.

Hopefully I can raise some money for this charity to help them highlight awareness of the symptoms, support victims and support their families.
