Hour Of Need
Campaign by Marie Curie (RCN 207994 (England & Wales) and SC038731 (Scotland))
12th May is International Nurses Day. It costs £20 to fund an hour of nursing care, so we are asking you to donate £20 and/or an hour of your time so our nurses can be there for more people in their hour of need.

Story

It costs £20 to provide one hour of nursing care. To celebrate International Nurses Day on 12th May we are asking you to please donate £20 or an hour of your time to thank our heroic nurses. Whatever you do, no matter how much you raise or donate we will be extremely thankful, and youll help our nurses be there for more people in their hour of need. How can I get involved? Donate £20 and know youve funded an hour of vital nursing care. You could even use that hour for good, do something youve been avoiding, try something new or do something you love, in honour of those in their hour of need. Donate an hour Why not use the hour to fundraise for Marie Curie? You could host an online quiz or class for your friends. Or set yourself a physical challenge for an hour and ask for sponsorship. Challenge 20 As long as you stay within the government guidelines on social distancing and exercising you can get as creative as you want around the number 20. e.g. 20 laps of your garden
