Birch Network wants the UK to be a place of welcome and support to refugees and migrants and want to support organisations such as BIRCH Network who aim to offer sanctuary to these people. The hostile environment and recent legislation is making life for refugees and migrants more and more difficult and we do not condone these practices. We believe that refugees and migrants should be supported and can be asset to their local communities in the UK, enriching our culture and expanding our knowledge about different countries. We are raising funds to help BIRCH Network to support refugees and migrants at all stages in the immigration system, when they have just arrived, whilst they are awaiting decisions and when they are facing destitution and support.
