Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Elias Koufou , father of George , brother of Pani, Chrisi, Andrew & Angela , son of Kyriacos & Anna, Uncle to Michael, friend of everyone at DWP. Elias loved Cats , drinking coffee in Costa and reading his bible and he liked listening to George Michael and supported Liverpool and he loved his job with the DWP and also spending time with the family..

My brother was the closest thing i had to a hero because of his pure warm heart and the way he lived his life. He helped me so many times when i was struggling with my mental health and he was the kind of person who would help anyone in trouble.

I feel the best and most fitting tribute to my brother is to try and embrace his values and live our life the way he did with kindness, love, compassion and forgiveness. I am devastated he is no longer with us but I am so proud he was in my life and that so many people loved him.

Elias Koufou sadly passed away on 24 Feb 2022 after a long battle with Myeloma an incurable bone cancer. He was a truly incredible warm, loving kind hearted person and although we are devastated at his death setting up this fundraising page in aid of Myeloma UK will hopefully help other people diagnosed with the disease and hopefully result in a cure
