On March  24th 2012, my brother&best friend - Chris tragically lost his life after being on a life support machine for 8 days, so i have decided to complete this years Ironman event ( swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, run 26 miles )

In Chris's memory & also to raise much needed funds for Claire House childrens hospice so with your support i am sure we can reach our target
